Hunger and waste

I don’t have much

you eat such

qualities and quantities

of sustenance, I can dream

and still never ever seem

to get a single day worth living

Eternal town

The view is majestic,
Blue skies, spring day
city is singing that infectious tune
of love and longing
trust and belonging
Fly and be at the Vatican door
wave goodbye to Amore
saying you will be in touch
and this gorgeous, most beautiful city
loves you too much

The king is dead

Separation, identity
Nationhood vanity
Crisis out of nothing
Rich kids plaything
Moronic disputes
Rumours no news
Politicians greed
Corrupt to feed
More more power
Bequeath dower
there is no end
Good lie, can you lend
Who want to use it
Emotionally abuse it
Senseless tact
An absolutely
Wasteful act
Negativity assailed
Sense prevailed
Earth needs unity
Not this insanity

Looking for you

searching for the right heart to pierce
arrow of love travelling billion paces
a dame, a beauty, a princess to kiss
among these crowds, million faces
one to know, one to call beloved
with her always home, in all places
airs and graces, of life undefined

Keep going – Never, ever, ever quit

Write what you like
Others may hate it or dislike
Don’t you care
Write how your heart feels
Let your soul peel
Don’t you fear
Write what is right
may be heavy, could be light
Write, just write my dearIMG_0017.JPG

I, a million years old,
sitting underneath
shadow of my master,
admiring all blessings,
suffering each disaster,
time has been an endless companion,
seen Mother Earth’s magic,
then sapiens did the damage, so tragic,
tears dripping with some red colour,
through wrinkles of my age old face,
along-with traces of humanity,
lost memory, past my sanity,
now weak and senile,
thinking Samaria and Nile
are children of mineIMG_0021.JPG
