The night will pass,
appreciating each other’s
niceties, without telling
what our hearts
desire to say, relay
gratitude and affection
poetic satisfaction
deep reflection
Perhaps shallow
Mind mellows
I stop, recount
dismount passion
humble creation
and you
honey dripping pen
kissing lipstick stain
a beautiful mind inspires
a poor poet’s brain
too many thoughts to follow
all we need is one
glowing, sparkling, enriching
brighter than mighty sun
once that thought is known
drape with passion, affection
present to the divine
pathway to redemption 
Colours don’t exist
Still they are everything
Like our sophistication
inspiration is everywhere
every breath is an opportunity,
to do more, to say something new,
soul renews, every morning every night,
dispel darkness, let there be light,
sweet or savoury, sumptuous delight,
wherever you look, beauty in sight
silence says nothing, words all the might
write and write, till dawn kisses your pen
Summer day just flew
Evening had no clue
Night arranged a heist
Revellers were the crew
Nothing left untouched
Painted red yellow blue
Parties lit up, lewd
Libations and brew
Dancing feet, loud singing
Vivid colours imbue
Life canvas
You throw some colours
glitter and ribbons
make it sparkle
Happiness roams free
Soon after
you turn off the lights
Put it in storage
with all other garbage
Like a fake
Christmas tree!!
Simple tasks most arduous
Life threatened every way
Escapes are far and few
Nightmares during day
Circumstances sway
Change come soon
Tanned toes on sunny shore
Pebbles, castles, moonlight lore
mon amour, where art thou?
Recognising humans from what they wear
funny money they spend, consume and care
layers and layers, of incoherent importance
Rose petals blush
daffodils bloom
lilies loom
kissing, caressing
those fingers
affection lingers
for eons in surreal
beautiful moments
women are goddesses
shapeshifting odysseys
universe will be empty
humanity nonexistence
futile all resistance
when she smiles
closes her eyes
moves her hair
shows her flair
just bow and kiss
those lips from heaven
