Begging bowl

Uncontrollable passion
I just want to dance
I may be found insane
Inane, crazy, half wit, with no brain
these feet don’t want to stop
The rhythm is given by the beat of the heart
Hoo Hoo Haq hoo,
the beggar’s call, mighty fall
nothing matters, nothing at all
Is this the moment, to remove senses
No time no tenses,
No boundaries no fences,
Totally immersed in the ocean of love
Nothing seems of any value
Shaking head, dancing feet
being the sole answer
Worldly possessions seem cancer
Want to get rid of these tumours
All facts, findings mere rumours
And leave all my possessions
belongings, frustrations
just me and bare I
Urges wish to die, then die
I dance and I dance
Darwish has woken up in a trance
Never ever going to sleep again
senses regain, nothing
just a desire to move
in this rhythm of eternity
Index fingers moving up,
Doesn’t know where to stop
Begging you to hold my hand
Make me understand
What I am going through

Memories

It only takes a minute
for Bishop to enter the church
to say your vows
forgetting old rows
to call for forgiveness
to repent, and dent
that aloof stance
that all is nothing
I am the only thing
In town, don’t frown
Truth is hard, get up, go
And show, there is still some
humility, decency, humble currency
left, otherwise soon you retire, expire
so will your acts, tacts,
No few second memories
Just void, devoid of smile
as soon as beep goes flat

Fanatic

I am a Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jew
I am a Christian, Bhuddist, Pagan and few
I can be Sunni, Shia, Sufi too
Cathholic, Protestant can be true
I am what I am, what I will be
placed in my coffin people will see
from all the religions I just call
I am a Human above all

Ocean

Heart opens, million tears drop
a vast ocean is born
engulfing deep sorrows,
drowning them deep,
feeding ruthlessness piranhas
letting joy dolphins to play jump,
Take a line, catch happiness
Kiss mermaids, rest dear heart
which has been taken apart
bruised, battered, too many times,
clock chimes, hour of tranquility
has arrived, after waiting for centuries
