Thinking through a night

Should I be worried

for things beyond reach
destiny, night beseech
my desire to excel
Calm down says life
if glory doesn’t dwell
in street beside your shack
passion there is no lack
confidence in a big sack
competence rack after rack
just lady, daddy luck amiss
for the better or worse
times are mighty terse
night’s last verse
never lose heart,
around the corner
a brand new start
keep singing, clinging
to hope, fate needs a moment
before it will torment
Keeping a guessing game
like the most beautiful dame
put thousands on a hook
never giving it away
you will most certainly
have your day
Never wonder, it will not matter
never leave dreams in tatters
they will become true
just near dawn, clearing hue
stay the course, unending walk
will result in a destination
not to be missed, fate hissed,
keep your eyes open

Deadwood

Life has passed
nothing to show
spending last days
vegetative state
In early years
should have stayed late
made people laugh
changed my fate
now my dear
It’s too late

Fake crossroads, imaginary bridges

I lost again
In the wilderness
of affection
no satisfaction

for this soul
Was it love
lust, trust
or just a game

Unable to discern
impaired vision
sense of touch,
all feel the same

Is it I, her, they
to blame
negligent judgement
all look the same

The way found
is not sound
a mere mirage
fake visage

Broken promises
and I,
bound till eternity
I know not why?

Signs

Hanging on a line
Upside down
That would be your fate
Elites of this world
Wake up and relate
to people you rule
think are mere fools
Calm, ambient
Obliged, subservient
for how long
before revolution
Change your tack
Show the efforts you make
Feigned empathy
Pretend sympathy
for their fate
before its late

Response

There is free will
You may not feel
Through poverty and pain
Evil occupying your brain
Heart breaks making you insane
You think I ordain
All this for my pleasure
the suffering you see
Was not meant to be
Humanity had, has,
will have a choice
To rejoice, to enjoy fruits
Of nature, sun and sea
Why blame on me
Go after pursuits
Go after their goals
Not like this, not at all like this
One digging another’s grave
When a child need to saved
from brutality, inequality
No one comes forward,
No one saves,
Millions get killed for
wishes of one insanely mad
How sad,
DO YOU UNDERSTAND, HOW SAD
that makes me, breaks me
Yes your lord feel broken
for sins of my creation
I think about annihilation
All the time, just smiles save you
children playing for a while, save you
borrowed time all you got
there are battles, you should have fought
Stead, ran away the whole lot
Free will is not for thee
You serve evil as you please
and foolishly hope
there be no consequences
Why? Answer me why?
heaven and hell is afterwards
first see the wrath
because of your actions
family, connections, factions
Humanity split in small sections
Working for each other’s destruction
May be I should do this
end this game,
then who would be to blame,
I, norm restored
fault bestowed

Life extraordinaire

First, foremost
spread love
Annihilate hate
Don’t ever ever
wait for fate
helping others
should never cease
in tough times
death, disease
Trust in Divine’s
abound affection
patience, contentment
serene satisfaction
kiss disenfranchised
make them fly
even if you
had to lie
all this before
you gracefully die
moments are slow
life goes fast
every day
pretend
it is your last

Prisoner of cupola

A beautiful dame of uncertain fame
been captured, gold-cuffed in a solitary loft
Each day she cries, asks Almighty why
is the fate of late has venom and hate
a family of meagre means, happily ate beans
content in that simple existence, mutual assistance
forgotten denizen of a small town,
plain cloth worn without any frowns,
what have I done, what could be done
to remove the curse, bring life back in verse
bad omens reverse, an ordinary universe
Answer to that is No, when rich and powerful
set eyes on beautiful, lilies in a dirty pond,
who won’t abscond, will not bond,
to dirty money, shores darkly sunny,
refuse to become their beautiful bunny,
they are captured and killed, or willed
as such, thrown money and much
to lure in a lie, deceit and wry
smirks, bodies bought, souls, thoughts,
left behind in simple family homes,
and most beautiful, innocent
girls left crying in grand domes
their destiny is all but sealed, truth revealed
there is no God for the poor, no justice for the weak
world full of death of dreams, screams, crushed squeak
of gold adorned, silk worn, gorgeous dames
locked in a cupola to match their fate and fame
all days still glitter but all are the same
until that moment, a smile returned and death came
