in nature’s soil
creation pains
mother’s toils
A child will be born
universe smiles

Longing

Desires are mere manifestations of our souls
Cravings we have, inseparable hearts
Beating million miles apart
In a parallel universe
Song of longing and belonging

Reality is lost somewhere in between

Universe

I found my universe
encapsulated in those eyes,
shining brightly, telling tales,
how and when my ship sails,
to your shores!

Traps of glittering sand

Hope trapped in
minuscule crystals
translucent image
of what remains

still and will be seen
for teaching a lesson
for generations to come
I was the mason

created quicksand
someone didn’t land
so soft so beautiful
can’t waste such mastery

a sacrifice made
a price was paid
my sweet darling hope
was trapped instead

forever, infinity
no even divinity
could rescue, such
is the genius of its creation

now I roam the earth
mocking with mirth
cursing the birth
of universe and time

unable to cope
such is the effect
everlasting defect
of losing hope

Soft toes illuminating steps

certainity is
never granted
your steps have worth
on this earth
search, lurch
towards the light

Sadness on a busy day

My dear
In and out of fear
Story never ends
Even when bones bend
Unable to stand
Or sleep, weep
Injured deep
Inside, unable to move
Unable to leave
an impression
on sands of time
at your favourite beach
still, love and its soothing
dim, sometimes grimm,
feeling is left for eons
and a lost soul
able to touch it and says

Just a kiss in between
a mere heartbeat
moving in the same direction
same moments
away, alone,
watching, staring
never daring
to change the path
to cross the line
saving parallel
universes
angel, divine
who are you,
can’t be human
as I lay myself bare
waiting for your stare
to touch me somehow
