Happy faces, young blood
aspirations’ morrow each beat
every dream lasting million years
each step removes thousand fears

Turbulecstasy

Air exudes
it’s time to fly
Up and up
in the sky

territories to explore
heart to implore
trysts in greens
Emotions unseen

words implying
fractured meaning
Souls in need
desperate cleaning

Altitude silence
Blue sky violence
Colours pushing limits
Impatient yearnings
Intellect earnings

Thoughts imploding
Mind exploding
infinite impossibilities
No desire to land

Flight extends
Life acquires
moment sublime
beyond time

Along came a pink chair

everyone has left this
strange eccentric nobody
no manners no money
not even funny
just owner of a parchment

predicting doom and gloom
flowers will never bloom
colours will leave
earth’s last heave
losing our believe

tomorrow is bright
we don’t care
what happens next
whatever says the text
everyone has left but you

pink in black in white
my unending delight
my beacon when I lose sight
my only hope, my light
I hope you stay

Shades of grey

white, black and in between
all shades are eternal
unknown reflections
unheard sounds of passion

a water lily says to a rose
in deep north when all froze
how you survive, and revive

I go grey, and stay in dark hearts
until I hear spring calling my name
greens, blues, pink became
in existence again

a full bloom rose is required
to conclude season’s surprise
I rise, love is the prize
for grey’s sacrifice

Acute contradictions in love

Let’s lose ourselves
in those thirst filled eyes
blossoming hearts annihilated
bludgeoned souls mutilated

destinations staring at pathways
where is the missing traveller
heart cries full of hope
rambler’s fortitude is timid

in beloved’s beautiful
treacherous meadow
only flowers are free of
castigated shadows

millions hearts bound in chains
souls have been slain
paradoxical nights sobbing
it is my time for robbing

you from those sadist spells
listen, screaming
loud silence of the universe
heart runs in rage,
and is beloved bound

perhaps today

تیرۍ تشنگی پُر آنڪھون پر
دل برباد کھوتے ہیں

منازل راہ تکتی ہیں
کہاں بچھڑا کہاں ڪھویا
امیدیں بھر کے دل رویا
مسافر قدم دل تھام کے رکھ تو
مرے محبوب کی وادی ہے
صرف پھولوں کو آزادی ہے

کروڑوں دل مقید ہیں
بڑے نازوں سے رکھتی ہے
عجب راتیں سسکتی ھیں

کسی دن آکے توڑوں گا
تیرا طلسم نہ چھوڑوں گا
صدایں کائنات کی سن کے
دل ناساز دوڑوں گا

کہ شائد آج کے دن وہ مِری
فریاد ہی سن لے
اور میری ڈوبتی آخر
عدم آواز ہی سن لے

Smell still sweet?

in the mud
with a thud
lots of blood,
spilled, milled

out of life
still, I smiled
and smiled again
self professing

confessing
you can not
put me down
one of a kind

rare to find
and even in
blood burnt meat
I smell sweet
