This is how I feel after I leave Europe and return to The States, then I feel this way again after I leave The States and return to Europe. Round and round I go… xo

Sometimes we have to return to the places we do not feel comfortable in.. Just like sometimes we have to return the the thoughts that do not sit right within us.. But once we allow ourselves to look around and get orientated and once we have understood our thought processes and reasonings… We can then move to a more comfortable place both in Mind and Body…
Sometimes we are drawn to return to both to allow a cleansing… and a fresh new start to be made as we say good bye to the old..
