A boat awaits
for a journey to
high seas
Inside great ocean,
waterborne
Yards in, miles out
immense darkness
humbles tiny soul within
Forcefully
chaos ready to break-in
after eras of utter calmness

Miracle of the sun, spring and such
Nothing too great, nothing too much
If I can not feel your presence
Flowers colours fade, greens goes grey
I kneel before you, and beg you to stay

Reflections of a lantern
into glowing eyes
questioning origins
of known blatant lies
cause, necessity, a desire, a need
was it dark envy or truly blind greed
cave lit up, muted sounds rise
piercing long whispers, silence demise
logic was castigated, passion ran loose
soul was captured, hanging in a noose
power of persuasion, led to abuse
not long to refuse, final undisputed truth

Prison

Heaven is a prison
I want to run away
guardian angel insists
on my stay

Most wonderful creation,
of gods, nature
Believe what you can
beauty in chain
Raise a shallow voice
It is suffice?

sleeping on the green
thinking scene unseen
dreaming wilderness valley
earth’s beautiful belly
Birds in the sky
Flying high and high
Clouds worth thousand kisses
Heart beat skips and misses
Happiness grows in tons
We are the lucky ones

Pots and pans
Ornamental cups
Intricate relics
Pre historic stubs
Paintings, statues
Ancient rumps
Self serving importance
Sapient impotence
Wealth mirage
Painted visage
And us

to sail on this voyage
to seas unknown
Serpents within deep
is looking for blood
Storms brewing

of survival
