I do

Take my heart
it is for free
if in return I get thee
There is a contradiction
you realise
without me the deal
won’t materialise
free means nothing
in return you should ask
throw away the cloak
remove the mask
get down on your knees
and with passion task
sweetly, most humbly
present your heart
And that my dear
would be a good start
for our journey
which after few years
feel like eternity
bring down tears
Why o why
you went for the trade
life was much simpler
before that
Colossal
Gigantic
Humongous
mistake you made 🙂

    1. Appearances are most deceptive 🙂 I wish both of them very well and hope they will be happy their whole lives together. This was more about life in general 🙂

  1. Beautifully written, granted. Your ideas are always worth pondering, AB. Still, for the sake of discussion (sorry, it’s a bad habit): is “simpler” the objective we seek? Are we satisfied with “simpler” — even if hard attained? I kind of like complicated.

    1. BB, I love a decent conversation and challenges, regarding simplicity vs complicated, I have tried to reflect a stereotypical male version 🙂 Women require emotions, security, care, love, envy, intellect, long lasting relationship. Men food, sex and sleep (TV and booze optional) 🙂

      3. of course, but then there nothing wrong with slight mischief making, and pretending that all of this conversation was with a random stranger who mistook me for someone else 🙂
