I sold my soul to the
devil,
asked in return dear life for you,
that you have all you wish,
you may miss me,
just come in my dreams
when you hear my screams
as my soulless body reflects
and kiss me,
that would be
more than enough for my trade

intimidating thought but nowadays these dreams Might be possible..Thank you for liking my post “Submission”have a great day.jalal

I do like the way you wander about town (presumably in your lunch-hour!) and all manner of things cause you to dash off another poem … π

Absolutely, perhaps translation is the best way to get into your groove…why don’t you try big names as my writing is too humble, but please feel free to use any or all of mine to get you going, another way is to respond to something which inspires you, I wish you luck…don’t worry about flow or rhyme, just put your heart along with all veins on the table. It hurts and there is lot of blood, but that is when you start the journey of self discovery and not to give a toss what others think π Meri shub kamnaein aap Kay Saath hein π

Khud ko mita dein hum aur maang le zindagi teri…
Fana kar khud ko bhi jo kharred le ek khushi teri…
Meri khamosh chitakti cheekhein sun
Ke tu jo dhoondhe mujhe ek baar
Aa kar ke khwaabo mein is bejjan jism
ko bas tu choome fakat ek baar
Mujhe mil jayega me bahut zyada duaon se meri
Khud ko mita dein hum aur maang lein zindagi teri..
That’s just an effort to use the idea. Nothing more. As of your writing, it inspires me a lot. So, this is my first such effort, and the credit belongs to ur beautiful concept.

Powerful.
As I read the words, I found myself in the middle of a realization.
You captured the feelings I have toward my four children perfectly in this poem. I would sell my soul if i thought it would guarantee their happiness, and a mere smile from them would be payment enough.
