Life canvas
You throw some colours
glitter and ribbons
make it sparkle
Happiness roams free
Soon after
you turn off the lights
Put it in storage
with all other garbage
Like a fake
Christmas tree!!
AB your poems and pictures are so amazing. You probably get nominated all the time for awards but I wanted to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for you and your work.
I nominated for the Sunshine award. My day is always brighter after visiting your site and seeing your posts.
You are too kind, really appreciate and humbled by the nomination. Thank you so much for the last comment, this thought alone will allow me to continue this journey forever and again 🙂
OH! This photo is stunning! My favorite colors just jump at me! 🙂
Your poem’s words are true….but I think we should keep our canvas out for everyone to enjoy! 🙂
Your words and photos are part of your life canvas, AB, and I’m glad you share yourself with us!
HUGS!!! 🙂
Thank you so much Carolyn, agree with your thoughts, the poem is about bitterness with age, some people change and they forget about life’s colours 🙂
Me like it 😀

You are so right about people getting bitter, forgetting life’s colors…which is sad. i want then to find the colors again. 🙂
