deep blue sea and me
destiny and its cruel jest
miserably failed the test
demand was patience
without knowing missed
nearby you exist
moments were not the same
time has now passed
I was, am, forever lost
bewildered, beseeched me
immense, unforgiving sea

Good poem !

Pleased to hear that M-R π though not so pleased about your impending sabbatical, you will certainly be missed….

This image looks down on boats plying a lake β or are they planes flying high overhead? That’s what I think of when I look up and see planes and their ‘wakes’ etched across a clear blue sky… as if I’m standing on the sea floor gazing up at the surface.

This image is actually looking down on very big ships in the North Sea from a plane which was few miles up π I have obscured the ships slightly to introduce intrigue π

oh regret is a very very human reaction, without it guilt, remorse, repentance and ultimately redemption may not exist, thank you for the kind visit and wise words π
