Harsh words
Thick and solid stones
Will break hearts
Won’t break souls
Soft spoken
Real, affectionate
truths in a sugar
coated pill
Strengthens your will
to carry on
And you remember
these gems,
love, laughter,
green shoots of
joy stems
from these
bare shiny rocks,
loyalty locks!

  1. These words, this intensive lovely poem, should be
told to everyone who has childs
told to every teacher, trainer or “KindergΓ€rtnerin”
    it should be
told to all people around the world
    listen –
    feel –
    take care!

      1. I wish I can some how repay the kindness shown for my most humble effort…really pleased that you liked it that much πŸ™‚

  2. Loving your work, poetry and photography. AND this is my first comment on wordpress, congrats lol. Learning the ropes here. Well done for your work, it certainly comes from the heart.

    1. πŸ™‚ speechless by the praise
      I get for humble words,
      ordinary shot,
      I have to somehow
      repay this kindness,
      And love
      I better start πŸ™‚

  3. “A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver,” Proverbs 25:11, is what this brings to mind. A beautiful TREASURE indeed; priceless and to be held on to.

      1. Indeed I am roaming few countries off the beaten track πŸ™‚ I am so happy that you even consider me a poor poet let alone WWW, that is a bit blasphemous in my view πŸ™ƒ
