  17. I enjoyed both the poem and the photo of the cute stuffed toy camels. This post reminded me that I saw some “driver alarm” glasses in a catalog the other day. They look like night driving glasses, but they sound off an alarm if your head lowers down toward your chest as if you are dozing off. I think I will just stick with listening to loud music on the car radio when I feel sleepy driving home. 🙂

      1. Yes, you are right, AB. The only time I feel sleepy when I am driving is after work. I work in a room with no windows and dim fluorescent lighting, so my eyes are tired by the time I get out of there. Then there is usually more traffic and hotter weather by the time I leave work. I have managed to get a little more sleep lately, so I have not felt drowsy driving home from work. My co-workers and I are going to be moved to another room next month. I hope our new office has a window and better lighting. That should also help me stay awake.

        Don’t worry about the delayed response, AB. I did not realize how busy you were until you told me. I am also interested in doing many things (sometimes too many at once 😉 ), but I also know that there are only so many hours in the day to get things done.
