    1. On good authority I know that unicorn girls is a possibility, horn only appears (they are also shapeshifters) when they have unicorn faith and do a traditional unicorn dance in the dark forest towards the edge of the middle earth πŸ™‚

      1. Hm.. I tried that once. πŸ˜€

While I was dancing with other girl-unicorns, their horns appeared, but mine not.
        I do have faith, though!

Maybe my dance was not satisfactory to the elves in the dark forest, so I didn’t get my horn. 😦

Maybe I shall tray again. πŸ™‚

      2. Yeah.

It would be the best for me, to sign in for dancing classes, as my talent for dancing could be described as a “rhino on a skateboard trying not to fall down”.

But I jump to the music pretty well. πŸ˜€
On the concerts, for example. πŸ˜€

  1. Thank you for liking β€œThe Blue Hour” and β€œTwilight.” What a fun poem and a brilliant rainbow! πŸ™‚ It is nice to escape from the box of reason and logic once in awhile. After all, not everything in life is rational and logical. Premonitions, visions, and dreams come to mind. Then there are portals, star gates, and the multiverse. All of them intrigue me! As I get older, I have learned to appreciate both the seen and the unseen.

      1. Thank you. I am glad that you enjoyed my posts. You are right. It is pointless to worry about the passage of time when we do not have control over it. I once read about different types of time, and psychological time was mentioned. I do not think that we even have much control over our own psychological time. People try to change their perception of time through meditation and other means of attaining altered states of consciousness, but time passes nonetheless. The present moment is all we really have. My various creative projects and hobbies are a way for me to enjoy and celebrate the moment. Good company helps too. πŸ˜‰

      1. Thank you. Your rainbow photo gave me the idea of looking for similar phenomena, and I eventually discovered Brocken spectres. I have not seen them before doing research for this post, and I am impressed by them too. I am amazed at how many optical illusions are created by nature. I am glad that you liked this post. Thanks for liking my other post too. πŸ™‚

      2. You are most welcome, human just can watch in wonder what nature has to offer, albeit we try our best to destroy anything and everything we admire; trees, oceans, falls, forests, mountains, air, animals (the list is quite long).

      3. Yes, I know! The destruction of our environment is a sad and growing problem. I do not like thinking about how many plant and animal species are extinct or are on their way to becoming extinct because of deforestation and excessive land development for human use. I once did some volunteer work for a nonprofit trying to set up a sustainable forestry and ecotourism operation in Panama. I was asked to write an article about the plight of the panther in this part of the world. Panthers were once aggressively hunted for their fur until anti-fur campaigns and trade restrictions decreased the demand for their pelts. Now what is happening is that the habitat of the panthers is being destroyed by land development. The panthers are having trouble finding food, so they attack cattle on ranches. The ranchers in turn kill the panthers because they do not want to lose their cattle. It is a vicious cycle of animals competing with humans for dwindling resources and the animals losing the competition in the end. And it is happening not only in Panama but all over the world.

      4. Yes, some people do not care if they harm wildlife or the environment as long as they achieve their ends. There have been some attempts to create wildlife and nature preserves, but there are no easy solutions to fix the damage.

  2. Yes, greed and corruption are here to stay. 😦 I know all of us struggle with contradictory impulses and motivations, but I wonder why some people gravitate toward the light and goodness while others choose the darkness.
