Surrounded

Concrete giants
Block my way
Shouting at me
We are here to stay
May I humbly ask
How old are you
Twenty, thirty, forty
Or fifty two
We last hundred years
Or lot more
If humans stay away
And leave our core
Stay for a while
Have a tea
You will be gone soon
But I will be

    1. My Portuguese is quite basic 🙂 I really liked Sao Paulo, Paulistas are amazing, music at Bar Brahma took my breath away and a city of wealth and poor at the same time. Thank you for your thought and appreciation of my humble words and images 🙂

  2. It looks like an ominous surrounding army! The contrast against the gracious embattled area is striking. Yes, I think it wouldn’t take long for those concrete monsters to vanish without trace.

    1. The problem is that humanity will keep building more, next 50 years is probably that last big stand for the trees and if we fail to keep our greens away from encroaching concrete, Armageddon is not far away from us 😦

  3. The wife and I really love this blog and appreciate the creativity and imagery you provide. If you decide to take this blog to the next level by offering a Mobile App version my company Zenlight could provide service for an extremely low price, we appreciate the hard work you have put into this blog and wish you all future success in business and in life.
Thank you for your time, it is the most precious thing we all possess.
